Senior MSSP Partner Development Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate net-new MSSP partners across EMEA. Existing regional MSSP
• Develop and execute territory recruitment plans focused on MSSPs, cybersecurity providers, and
• Build executive-level relationships with partner organisations, including C-level, VP, and senior
• Create and execute joint business plans to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Drive MSSP-to-MSSP transformation by helping partners build managed security services powered by
• Establish routes to market through strategic partner recruitment and ecosystem expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity channel sales, partner development, alliances, MSSP, or strategic
• Proven success recruiting and developing net-new strategic partners.
• Proven experience exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong understanding of MSSP models, MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, SASE, Endpoint, and cybersecurity
• Experience developing executive relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Ability to create and execute strategic business plans.
