Senior NAM Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly multi-state payrolls for 5,700+ employees
• Own complex and escalated payroll transactions: benefits-in-kind processing, overpayment
• Manage ServiceNow tickets for payroll inquiries, ensuring resolution per SLA
• Maintain Workday data integrity, perform EIB mass uploads, lead UAT testing and semi-annual releases
• Review payroll reports, reconcile General Ledger accounts, create dashboards/metrics
• Support SOX compliance, internal audits (401K, ESPP, Workers' Comp, equity), review W-2s and T4s

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience; US payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus
• 8+ years hands-on payroll experience, including 4+ years in Workday
• Must have US Workday Payroll & Absence proficiency: EIB data loads, release/regression testing
• In-depth knowledge of NAM payrolls (US, Canada, Mexico), including multi-jurisdiction statutory and
• Experience in in-house/corporate payroll (not third-party BPO), partnering with HR, Total Rewards
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment under pressure
