Senior Network Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify high-impact automation opportunities from customer ITSM data
• Assess network technologies and design automation strategies
• Architect and develop automation solutions (Runbooks, Qapps, Dataviews)
• Transform network operations processes
• Work with customer teams on requirements
• Train and mentor customer engineers

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, network engineering, or network
• Strong understanding of network operations technologies/tools including monitoring, incident
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems
• Excellent communication skills
