📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers, developing trusted
• Design and guide customer observability maturity journeys, helping organizations establish scalable
• Architect complex observability solutions across modern infrastructure and application
• Provide expert-level technical guidance, troubleshooting, workarounds, and root cause analysis to
• Conduct regular technical reviews, health checks, and customer assessments to evaluate platform
• Advise customers on best practices and strategies for maximizing the value of their observability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, or
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical support, Technical Account Management, consulting
• Strong hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production or complex enterprise
• Demonstrated expertise in observability, with knowledge of modern monitoring, logging, metrics
• Experience designing or guiding observability architectures and helping customers progress through
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise customers, technical projects, priorities, and
