Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Oyster's Internal Prevention Service in Spain, ensuring compliance with
• Perform risk assessments, investigate workplace accidents, and conduct safety measurements and
• Act as the subject matter expert for Spain-specific Health & Safety issues, handling
• Manage vendor relationships related to workplace safety and compliance in Spain.
• Provide global and regional HSE guidance, audits, and support to H&S committees across EMEA
• Develop and deliver health & safety content, documentation, and training to internal

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Spain's occupational risk prevention regulations and experience
• Experience supporting HSE frameworks across multiple countries or regions in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's or university degree in environmental health, safety, engineering, or a similar field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos
• Project management and vendor management experience in the HSE & Compliance space.
• Strong communication skills, including handling escalations and advising senior leadership.
