Senior Officer, Learning & Impact

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and ongoing adaptation of the fund's monitoring, evaluation, and learning
• Design and implement tools, processes, and indicators to track progress and report outcomes to
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen MEL frameworks, data
• Manage partnerships focused on learning and impact measurement, including third-party monitoring
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data from
• Work with program and learning teams to pilot and refine alternative reporting approaches

🎯 Requirements

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent training in social sciences, international development, or a
• At least five years of direct professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and
• Required experience working with women's rights organizations, grassroots organizations, and
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, data visualization, and
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and consistently apply high

• Salary: Starting salary range of CAD $85,000 or more
