(Senior) Onboarding Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive CDD and EDD for corporate clients, analyzing complex ownership structures
• Ensure high-quality output and Right First Time (RFT) adherence for personal case submissions.
• Identify and investigate advanced financial crime typologies and red flags, escalating high-risk
• Perform 4-eye checks (quality validation) on other team members' work (Level 2).
• Act as a technical mentor for Analysts (Level 2).
• Manage a personal queue of complex onboarding cases, prioritizing tasks and driving workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience conducting CDD/EDD with corporate clients (Level 1)
• Advanced, in-depth knowledge of complex entity onboarding and ownership structures.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong accountability, ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services/FinTech sector preferred.
