🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of Risk Management assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Ideally 5+ years' experience in a 1st/2nd line role in financial services with a focus on
• Experience with operational risk event management, including incident identification, registration
• Familiarity with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application to automate manual steps within
• Strong written and verbal skills & confidence and experience of Microsoft Office tools.
