Senior Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and coordination of operational tasks involving infrastructure services
• Perform and oversee rack and stack activities, hardware installation, and in-cabinet maintenance
• Manage relationships and workflows with remote data center techs, ensuring adherence to operational
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems
• Conduct root cause analysis and handle complex issues related to hardware failures, RAID rebuilds
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot out-of-band management platforms such as IPMI/BMC

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (B2 or higher)
• Proven experience with server hardware, including diagnostics, replacements, and upgrades
• Strong understanding of data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, power distribution (PDU), and
• Proficiency with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and incident handling workflows
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar), including command line
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments
