Senior Operations Manager, Tradfi / Equities

📋 Description

• Oversee daily TradFi ops across equities/ETFs per policy and regulation.
• Develop, maintain and enhance SOPs reflecting industry best practices.
• Establish operational risk management procedures to mitigate risks.
• Process equities corporate actions accurately and on time.
• Reconcile with clearing brokers; investigate breaks and escalate.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support new launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in TradFi, preferably securities brokerage or exchange ops.
• Strong knowledge of trade ops across equities and ETFs; derivatives a plus.
• Hands-on experience in corporate actions, reconciliation, clearing/settlement.
• Fluency in building clear SOPs and designing operational controls.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Tech, Compliance and Customer Support.
• Familiarity with regulatory principles and client-asset protections.
