Support continuous improvement in operational excellence across activities.
Lead evaluation of processes/workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities.
Participate with stakeholders in root-cause problem solving to identify core challenges.
Support development of recommendations for process improvement with SMEs input.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
Design and implement new business processes with organizational context and priorities in mind.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech drug development.
Strong drug development experience with cross-functional understanding.
