🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech drug development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
Strong communication, interpersonal and training skills; independent and team oriented.
