📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery of studies.
• Plan processes and change management plans for operational excellence.
• Support process improvement, training content, and change initiatives.
• Execute functional priorities with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Design and implement new processes with context and priorities.
• Lead change management and communication to ensure adoption of changes.
• Lead internal communication on progress, issues, blockers impacting goals.
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Document business processes and maintain tools/templates.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Provide training and guidance on new processes and improvements.
• Support standardized best practices for consistency and sustainability.
• Monitor and adjust new initiatives for effectiveness and adoption.
• Travel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in change management, ops support, and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech drug development or related areas.
• Strong drug development experience with cross-functional knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Interpersonal and training skills.
