Senior Operations & Systems Associate (CX) - Melio

📋 Description

• Act as the primary Zendesk administrator for CX.
• Gather and prioritise requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage data feeds and third‑party integrations.
• Run regular system audits and prepare upgrades.
• Support onboarding and Zendesk best practice adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data management; translate complex needs to clear details.
• Design new processes and drive adoption across teams.
• Collaborative team player; see projects through to completion.
• Technical: apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, views.
• Zendesk admin in high-growth/startup; building Zendesk from scratch is a bonus.
• Fintech/startup experience and CX integrations is a plus.
