📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal
• Manage and continuously optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, including workflows
• Lead the design and development of automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort and
• Own the resolution of complex technical issues, from investigation through root cause and permanent
• Plan and execute work within a two-week sprint cycle, balancing operational reliability with
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations and new platform capabilities supporting Operations

🎯 Requirements

• AI & Prompt Engineering: Proven experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and Large Language
• Azure Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience building and managing solutions within the Azure
• API Integration: Proven experience working with REST APIs to connect disparate systems and build
• Agile & Operations: Must have experience working within a formal ticketing system (ZenDesk, SF)
• Business Translation: A demonstrated ability to take high-level business requirements and architect
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex
