Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant (1631)

📋 Description

• Serve as the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll functional lead and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned
• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll production environments
• Support clients throughout the complete payroll processing cycle
• Analyze and resolve payroll processing issues, including calculation discrepancies, balance issues
• Investigate payroll issues by analyzing elements, balances, Fast Formulas, payroll relationships
• Support payroll corrections, adjustments, reversals, balance adjustments, retroactive calculations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll processing and configuration
• Proven experience supporting live, production Oracle Fusion Payroll environments
• Experience supporting managed services clients
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, payroll flows, payroll elements, balances, Fast
• Experience troubleshooting complex payroll processing issues
