Report to Head of Service Delivery.
Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM SaaS.
Primary point of contact for customers; meet service commitments.
Build relationships with customer stakeholders; trusted partner.
Lead Service Review Meetings; present performance, SLAs, risks.
Manage escalations, incidents, and risks to resolution.
