🎯 Requirements

Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in Compensation & Benefits
Deep Fast Formula configuration experience
Proven track record leading workshops that clients value
Ability to advise on leading practice and communicate clearly
Active SC Clearance, or SC Clearance that has lapsed and can be reactivated
Experience mentoring and upskilling colleagues in a practice
