• Lead strategy end to end for high-value and enterprise accounts, making independent recommendations
• Set the AEO measurement standard: choose the source-of-truth tool, define how the team reads
• Own the SEO and AEO roadmap for enterprise accounts: topical authority mapped to the prompt set
• Support sales: shape proposals and join sales calls, contributing to pipeline and new business.
• Mentor junior strategists and analysts, raising the pod's bar through QA, coaching, and playbooks.
• Improve how the team works: dedicate around 20% of your time to experimentation and shipping

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy, with a track record on complex or
• Deeply fluent in AI search and AEO, able to set standards for how a team measures and acts on
• Exercises independent judgment on high-stakes accounts and is trusted to make the call.
• Strong mentor who makes the people around them better.
• Commercial instincts: supports sales, shapes proposals, and connects the work to pipeline.
