Senior Paid Media Strategist, Meta and Google (Client-Facing)

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, setup, optimization, and daily management of Meta and Google advertising
• Manage combined monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more per account, overseeing budget
• Build and optimize campaigns using Advantage+ and Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), maintain
• Develop and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns, including asset
• Own Google Merchant Center health and product feed performance, diagnosing disapprovals, missing
• Determine budget allocation between Meta and Google using MER, incrementality analysis, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on paid media experience within a marketing agency or high-growth
• Deep practical expertise in at least one of Meta Ads or Google Ads, with proven hands-on ownership
• Experience independently managing monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more.
• Strong knowledge of Advantage+, CBO, pixel implementation, Conversions API, event tracking, and
• Proficiency in Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube advertising, Google Merchant Center
• Demonstrated experience managing paid acquisition for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce businesses.
