Senior Paid Search Manager

📋 Description

• Own paid search strategy across UK, DE, NL and other markets
• Own the search budget end-to-end, tracking CAC, LTV and retention costs
• Lead and manage third-party agency partner
• Set the optimisation approach (keyword strategy, ad copy testing, audience targeting)
• Own App Campaigns for Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads
• Manage the Google relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in Google Paid Search
• Hands-on experience with Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max
• Experience with Microsoft Advertising or App Campaigns
• Tracking and analytics tools
• Google Merchant Center
• Privacy- and consent-driven changes to measurement
