📋 Description

• Review and track revisions to Homebound’s master service agreements (MSAs) with subcontractors
• Track and maintain general contractor and business licensing across all markets
• Manage the Builders Risk insurance program in partnership with Homebound's insurance broker and
• Track new and existing warranty claims and partner with the warranty team to gather supporting
• Partner with Sales on contract adjustments driven by market changes and operations. Support
• Track pre-litigation and litigation matters; support discovery, strategy and case management in

• 10-15 years of paralegal experience, ideally with exposure to real estate, construction, or
