📋 Description

• Contracts - Review and track revisions to Homebound’s master service agreements (MSAs) with
• Licensing - Track and maintain general contractor and business licensing across all markets.
• Insurance - Manage the Builders Risk insurance program in partnership with Homebound's insurance
• Warranty - Track new and existing warranty claims and partner with the warranty team to gather
• Sales & Homeowner Management - Partner with Sales on contract adjustments driven by market
• Pre-Litigation & Litigation Management - Track pre-litigation and litigation matters; support

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of paralegal experience, ideally with exposure to real estate, construction, or
• Demonstrated experience with contract drafting and negotiation, insurance and risk management
• Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while communicating
