📋 Description

• Primary enablement partner for the Global Partnerships Team.
• Align enablement with regional revenue goals and pipeline needs.
• Design partner-specific learning journeys and assets.
• Lead dynamic virtual and in-person training for the GTM team.
• Integrate partner narrative into the Twilio GTM motion.
• Own content for the 2027 Sales Kickoff (SKO) partner track.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or Partner Enablement in SaaS/CPaaS.
• Deep understanding of channel ecosystems and partner personas.
• Instructional design mastery with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and LMS.
• Excellent facilitation and storytelling for a global audience.
• Influence and stakeholder management with VP-level executives.
• Remote role; travel ~25%.
