📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events since the sales and legal team has
• Main point of contact between all the stakeholders, from the event organizer to all the internal
• Overall owner of the whole process, managing other departments tasks to make things happen in time
• Communicate product needs and process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to answer potential user incidents managed by user support
• Ensure all requirements needed to achieve project goals have the necessary documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified, with project management background
• 4+ years in project management role or consulting background
• Fluent English and Korean
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans for resolutions
• Strong communication skills and track record of building positive working relationships
