• Buying pipeline forecasting: 6–12 month forecast aligned to trends
• Supplier relationship management and risk mitigation
• Upselling and category expansion through supplier collaboration
• Data-driven decision making using spend data and benchmarks
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and process excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive business growth experience building partnerships
• Excellent commercial acumen; P&L experience and pricing modeling
• Customer-centric approach with innovative propositions
• Excellent communication; able to lead conversations at all levels
• Fluent Dutch and English; additional languages a bonus
• FMCG experience in buying/account management/category/business development
