Partner with the Alliances team early in deal cycles to identify marketing requirements and
Establish marketing contract terms, brand guidelines, and co-branding standards with strategic
Oversee Justworks’ presence on partner surfaces—websites, app stores, integrations marketplaces
Coordinate go-to-market execution across marketing when new partnerships launch
Track partner marketing performance, ROI, and renewal signals to inform strategic decisions
Develop and execute marketing strategy to attract technology partners and developers to our platform

🎯 Requirements

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Partnership marketing expertise: 7+ years in B2B/SaaS environments, with proven success in alliance
Strong stakeholder management
Go-to-market experience
Comfort with complexity
Analytical mindset
