Senior Partner Solutions Engineer - Hardware

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary, most senior technical advisor for your OEM's engineering team, leading
• Drive technical strategy for your OEM relationship: which issues to prioritize, which process gaps
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Hardware Integrity/Reliability, and
• Design and drive adoption of tooling, automation, and process improvements that scale quality
• Partner together with Commercial to drive proactive improvements to the Adyen payment experience on
• Mentor other Partner Solutions Engineers on debugging approach and partner management, without

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical solutions role, partner engineering, or related fields, with
• 4+ years of hands-on embedded, firmware, or systems engineering experience, with meaningful
• Embedded Android experience in a point-of-sale context (e.g. point-of-sale terminals, payment
• A credible technical authority who can evaluate an OEM's root-cause claims and hold senior OEM
• Track record of turning a reactive backlog into durable process, tooling, or automation.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable leading discussions with senior partner engineering leadership
