Senior Partnerships Specialist

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit performance-driven partners, creators, affiliates, and healthcare experts
• Negotiate deals and manage creator and affiliates relationships
• Build and manage scalable affiliate programs, including recruitment, activation, and commission
• Manage campaign execution from brief to launch, tracking, and reporting
• Analyze performance data (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) to optimize partnerships
• Develop clean tracking systems for performance measurement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or creator growth
• Experience with Impact, Kleer, GRIN, Shopify Affiliates, or similar platforms
• Strong performance data analysis skills
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Campaign management experience including comliance and approvals
• Ability to align multiple teams and external partners
