📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional process design and continuous improvement initiatives focused on
• Own key month-end close activities, including financial statement variance analysis and
• Support accurate and timely processing, accruals, and reconciliation of freight-related invoices
• Monitor credits and outstanding funds owed to the business and partner with Treasury on cash
• Design and deliver reporting, metrics, and financial insights that support issue identification and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, payables, or a related business function.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex
• Experience using analytics or reporting tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify root causes and
