📋 Description

  • Oversee payroll activities for APAC regions, including Philippines and Korea, ensuring compliance
  • Collect, validate, and record employee changes impacting payroll with complete supporting
  • Support global payroll transformation, partnering with ADP during transition and Wave 2 Workday–ADP
  • Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries with a 24-hour SLA resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure accurate payroll reporting and issue
  • Act as main point of contact during statutory audits and for payroll-related inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably multi-country or multinational.
  • Experience with statutory audits is a strong plus; end-to-end payroll for Philippines and Korea is
  • Working knowledge of payroll regulations in APAC countries such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, and
  • Experience with global payroll systems (ADP, Celergo) and Workday is advantageous.
