Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage and review automated and manual payroll inputs for the United States and Canada using
• Review and reconcile payroll reports on a pay-period, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare and maintain payroll review documentation, reporting metrics, checklists, and audit records
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Benefits, Equity, and Human Resources teams to coordinate
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, improve operational efficiency, and
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, statutory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably within a publicly traded company.
• Strong experience with payroll processing, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance across
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll is strongly preferred.
• Previous multinational payroll experience is an advantage.
