Senior Payroll Analyst, North America

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees (~800 employees), ensuring
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting
• Own payroll issue resolution, effectively collaborating and communicating with internal and
• Partner with the People Operations, Benefits and external vendors to ensure accurate benefit
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for payroll best practices, laws, and system
• Assist with year-end activities, including W-2s, T4s, tax filings, and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting Finance or related field
• 7+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably across U.S. and Canadian payrolls
• OR equivalent combination of eduction
• Strong knowledge of federal and state/provincial payroll tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems. ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the
