📋 Description

• Own regular and off-cycle U.S. payroll processing through Rippling, ensuring accurate and timely
• Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses
• Administer and reconcile contractor payments and coordinate payroll and bonus processing for
• Validate EOR payroll calculations and reconcile invoices and statements against internal payroll
• Manage multi-state payroll requirements, including tax withholding, final pay, state registrations
• Administer benefits deductions, garnishments, retirement contributions, and other payroll-related

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including at least 3 years of direct U.S. payroll administration.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll through Rippling.
• Strong experience managing multi-state U.S. payroll; California and/or New York payroll experience
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes, wage deductions, federal and state requirements, final
• Proven ability to independently investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies.
