Senior Payroll Specialist, Colombia

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Colombian payroll with the BPO: data, validation, approvals, payment.
• Single point of payroll accountability; catch BPO errors before processing.
• Data flows between UKG HRIS, BPO, and Finance: hires, changes, accruals.
• Ensure monthly Colombian statutory compliance: aportes, EPS, ARL, cesantías.
• Own year-end/mid-year cycles: ingresos/retenciones, reconciliations.
• Build and maintain audit-ready SOPs, payroll calendars, control matrices, and logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Colombian payroll experience in tech/fintech/SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Colombian labor law, PILA, DIAN, cesantías.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced/BPO payroll providers.
• Payroll for 50-250 employees across cross-border setups.
• HRIS (UKG/ADP/Workday) and strong English.
