🎯 Requirements

Strong analytics/data background connecting people data to business context.
Experience framing ambiguous people problems into testable hypotheses.
Comfortable engaging senior leaders and translating insights clearly.
Familiar with HR domains: workforce planning, org design, talent, mobility, engagement analytics.
Hands-on with large datasets on cloud platforms; BI tools such as Tableau.
Collaborative across HR, Finance, Product & Technology, Legal and Risk.
