Senior People Analytics & Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Deliver workforce analytics and executive reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with HR leadership to transform data into dashboards and narratives.
• Own People reporting strategy, dashboards, metrics, and recurring reports.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Serve as a functional super user for People systems; support validation and testing.
• Collaborate with HR Systems Architecture to align reporting with system design.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Analytics, HR reporting, BI, or HRIS reporting.
• Proven ability to build executive dashboards and translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of HRIS data structures and governance.
• Experience with ADP.
• Experience with 15Five, Lever, Mercer/Comptryx, or similar HR platforms.
