📋 Description

• Act as a strategic HR partner to client group leadership teams, understanding their business goals
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design, including evaluating
• Coach leaders through core talent decisions, including talent review, succession planning, change
• Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations to improve
• Serve as a champion of change in periods of transformation, developing and executing change
• Guide and enable business leaders to confidently lead and navigate through organizational changes

• 7+ years of experience in HR/HRBP, including demonstrated success directly partnering with and
• Proven experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them lead
• Demonstrated comfort leveraging AI and modern HR technologies to optimize HR processes, generate
