📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to connect business strategy to talent, team, and organizational
• Bring recommendations with the tradeoffs already framed, and anticipate the people implications of
• Provide input on, deploy, and PM Mammoth Brands company-wide People processes into the Mammoth Care
• Partner on talent and succession planning for your client groups
• Coach and guide your managers and leaders on performance, team health, feedback, and career
• Own the complicated people moments end to end: investigations, mediations, performance management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic People role
• Experience supporting senior leaders through growth and change
• Comfortable in the Gray: energized by ambiguity, able to hold two competing truths at once, weigh
• A Coach to Senior Leaders: able to build trust quickly at every level and guide VPs and executives
• Business Savvy: able to quickly develop deep understanding of business strategy and translate
• Data and Tech Fluent: comfortable with spreadsheets, headcount and workforce data, finding the
