📋 Description

• Full Talent Lifecycle: Support employees and teams throughout the talent lifecycle, including
• Talent Acquisition: Contribute to hiring initiatives by leading intake conversations, supporting
• People Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for people managers, helping them
• Employee Relations: Provide thoughtful guidance on team member relations matters, coach managers
• People Data & Insights: Use people data, team metrics, and organizational insights to identify
• Performance & Manager Effectiveness: Support managers in strengthening team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, HR
• Talent Acquisition: At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with
• People Management Expertise: Familiarity with employee relations, performance management, manager
• Recruitment Technology: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and working with
• Business Acumen: Strong business mindset with the ability to prioritize People initiatives
• Scalable HR Experience: Experience working within larger organizations or environments where HR
