📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships that let you ask hard questions and help leaders think through what’s
• Use data and pattern-recognition to flag risks, opportunities, and trends to leaders – and help
• Help leaders translate company priorities into practical next steps
• Partner with leaders to think through team structures, roles, workflow, decision-making, and
• Help diagnose where team structure, unclear roles, or clunky processes are getting in the way, and
• Facilitate cross-functional conversations that clarify ownership and cut down friction

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources, People, Organizational Development, or related
• Demonstrated success partnering with leaders in fast-paced, evolving organizations
• Practical experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, talent strategy, and change
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people
• Experience using organizational and people data to identify trends and influence decisions
• Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and conflict management skills
