🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner/HRBP in scaling tech orgs.
• Strong US employment law, employee relations, performance mgmt, investigations.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple countries.
• Proven success leading organizational change and design; influencing leaders.
• Coaching managers and senior stakeholders while balancing business goals with compliance.
• Analytical, data-driven, with ability to harness AI/automation to augment workflows.
