📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering leadership to shape a scalable people strategy.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead data-driven initiatives for talent assessment and retention.
• Coach leaders to improve team performance and organizational health.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver scalable HR solutions for Engineering.
• Apply AI capabilities to improve decision-making and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with VP+ support.
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering organizations.
• Proven credibility and influence with engineering leadership.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Business and data acumen to translate insights into actions.
• Experience with organizational design and leadership development.
