Senior People Partner (M&A)

📋 Description

• Lead the People due diligence workstream for acquisitions
• Manage TUPE and transfer-of-employment across multiple jurisdictions
• Design and execute end-to-end integration plans for acquired teams
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT and the M&A team across deal lifecycle
• Own employee communications for acquisitions
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking for acquired entities

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner/HRBP with M&A
• Knowledge of TUPE across UK, EU, US
• Proven track record designing and executing integration plans
• Employment law expertise across multiple geographies
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in high-pressure deals
• Generalist P&O across lifecycle; AI/automation mindset
