📋 Description

• Building automations and agentic workflow prototypes, using tools like Workato and Claude, that
• Owning Workday business process configuration and security group architecture, including periodic
• Developing Workday reports and calculated fields that give stakeholders data they can act on and
• Partnering with People and Places, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot complex configuration and
• Extending that builder mindset beyond core HRIS admin prototyping automations for People Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields
• Experience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar)
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
