Senior People Solutions Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Workato-based automations, and prototype agentic workflows using tools like
• Own day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules: Absence
• Manage the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration to keep
• Develop Workday reports that give stakeholders data they can act on and trust
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases, flagging issues early

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Workday configuration and integrations experience, including administering Absence
• Experience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato is a plus
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
