Senior People Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM, including complex business
• Lead solution design end to end: translate ambiguous business needs into system solutions, assess
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for Benefits systems, owning plan configuration, eligibility
• Support Recruiting Systems and administration which includes integrations, and data quality.
• Advise senior stakeholders on system capabilities, new features, configuration tradeoffs, and
• Define and drive testing strategy across Workday, Benefits, Ashby, and connected systems, including

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday, an HRIS, or related enterprise
• Deep experience with Workday HCM configuration and the Business Process Framework, including
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex, cross-system workflows, using sound
• A track record of owning projects that improved workflows, reduced manual effort, or introduced new
• Strong experience turning ambiguous business requirements into system solutions, often with limited
• Experience defining and running testing strategies, including regression, UAT, defect triage, data
