Senior People Systems Associate

📋 Description

• Provide technical and functional leadership for Workday and related systems.
• Gather system requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Configure, test, validate, and implement Workday changes; ensure integration integrity.
• Create and maintain system documentation; develop user guides.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts; align objectives with strategy.
• Implement HRIS best practices and automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience (BP framework, security, admin).
• 3+ years leading an HRIS team.
• Expertise in at least three additional Workday functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Absence).
• Mastery of report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication; able to explain cross-functional processes and create clear docs.
