Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media

📋 Description

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, objectives
• Manage campaign setup, quality assurance, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, tracking
• Own campaigns across platforms including Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok, while
• Analyze performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels, connecting media metrics
• Manage approved media budgets and recommend spend reallocations based on campaign performance
• Design and execute structured experiments covering creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription
• Demonstrated experience personally building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns
• Deep hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to diagnose performance changes, prioritize
• Solid understanding of attribution and incrementality, with experience applying measurement
• Experience using GA4 and campaign reporting or visualization platforms such as Looker.
