Senior Performance Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable performance-testing frameworks using JMeter for load
• Build performance test scripts for complex web applications, including dynamic elements, object
• Simulate concurrent-user scenarios and measure key performance indicators such as response time
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define performance requirements, establish
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and support automated execution through tools such
• Implement effective test-data management, dynamic-value correlation, parameterization, error

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
• Strong practical expertise with Selenium and LoadRunner, along with hands-on experience developing
• Strong Java programming skills and the ability to create maintainable, scalable test scripts and
• Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts and metrics, including latency, throughput
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as PerfMon and Grafana, with knowledge of JVM
